The dolmens are sealed chambers, mounted with their corks on them, (more on the corks in The Technology),  it is likely that they were sealed for eternity, much like graves are. the dolmen are sometimes isolated and sometimes clustered like a cemetery. the tradition of placing small tokens and such on the dolmens lives to present day, (The local Beliefs).
